Mission

Principal Accountabilities

Be the interface between the different divisions Maintenance, Security, Finance and Operations for purposes of the CA reports

Quality Control for Fare Evasion Activity through Weekly Audits

Specific Responsibilities

Daily Duties

Update Dashboard on the checklist for System administrator; Auto Safes and Biometric Safes and Log Tickets with IT Helpdesk if needed

Monitor the K2 Processes to ensure compliance to the approval workflow for:

    Station Cleanliness & Condition Scorecards

    Fare Evasion

    Timetable Availability Scorecards

Weekly Duties

Produce Fare Evasion Audit and submit to Stations Manager

Fare Evasion Audit

Control results and correct errors submitted in Fare Evasion Reports

Monthly Duties

Prepare Contractual Reports Folders with Links for reports to be edited

    Contractual Report

    Coordinate and edit monthly contractual reports (Draft and Final Versions)

    Updating of Performance Indicators

    Coordinate or complete Performance indicators (Service Delivery, BOC, BCC, Board)

    Staff and Swift Card Report

    Complete Staff and Swift Card Report on Monthly basis and submit to Stations Manager

 Quarterly

    Contractual Reports

    Coordinate and edit quarterly contractual reports (Fare Evasion)

    SCUMP

    Edit SCUMP on Quarterly basis

Yearly

    Contractual Report

    Coordinate and edit Yearly Contractual Reports

    SCUMP

     Edit SCUMP on Yearly Basis

     Forecast

Coordinate and Forecast 5 year Yearly Report

On-going Duties:

Assist Stations Manager with Service Capacity Preparation; assist with Capacity Demand Forecast

At least 5 years' work experience

Language Ability

Good fluency in English
