Mission
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the Maintenance Department in delivering safe, reliable and efficient maintenance services.
- Participate in maintenance activities under supervision.
- Comply with company policies, maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Support inspections of rail, electronic, mechanical, civil, building and electrical infrastructure including night shift inspections.
- Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Capture maintenance data and update maintenance records.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Managers.

Educational Level:
- National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related qualification.
Other Technical/ Professional Skills:
- Recent graduate in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Understanding of engineering principles will be advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license with driving experience
